劉陸傳道，1983年出生於山東省臨沂市。雖然母親是一個基督徒，但是在年幼及求學期間，他對基督信仰一直是屬於排斥的狀態。

2011年與上海華東理工大學物理化學係研究生畢業后，在上海從事化學材料分析和配方工作。2014年底在麻州安城華人基督教會聖誕節聚佈道會上蒙主恩光照跟隨主；2015年的復活節和太太王立影一起受洗歸入主名；受洗後，漸漸感受到和明白神的心意和呼召。神使用詩篇37:5來呼召他將自己的生命完全交托給神: 當將你的事交託耶和華，並倚靠他，他就必成全。

經過接近兩年的掙扎和軟弱，劉陸傳道2017年夏天來到費城Westminster Theological Seminary 開始四年的神學裝備。2021年6月，神的恩典帶領他取得道學碩士學位，並帶領他來到平安谷華人基督教會開始侍奉。愿一切榮耀歸給主！

Brother Lu Liu was born in a small city, Linyi, Shandong province, China. Although his mother was a Christian, he was once in a state of rejection and hardness when he was young. Nevertheless, God responded to his arrogance and pride with His unmeasurable grace.

Back to 2011, after graduating from the Department of Physical Chemistry, East China University of Science and Technology, he was engaged in chemical material analysis and formulation work in Shanghai. At the end of 2014, he was enlightened by the Holy Spirit at the Christmas Evangelistic Meeting of a Chinese Christian church in Amherst Massachusetts (ACCC). He was baptized in the Triune God’s name with his wife Liying Wang in 2015’s Easter. After his conversion, he gradually felt and understood God’s calling and plan upon him. God used Psalm 37:5 to call him to commit his whole life to God: Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.

After two years of struggle, Lu Liu began his theological study and 4-year MDiv program at Westminster Theological Seminary of Philadelphia from the summer of 2017. In June 2021, he graduated from seminary and began his full-time service at Peace Valley Chinese Christian Church (PVCCC)  at Fort Washington, PA as the Associate Pastor of mandarin congregation.
